INPROCON International Project Consultants GmbH is a German engineering company specialized in project steering and project management providing its services for international clients. We provide expert management execution and supervision for international construction projects. With our present subsidiaries in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Qatar, Ethiopia etc. we are very successfully working in several regions and markets.
We have extensive experience in the management and supervision of commercial and administrative buildings, high rise buildings, infrastructure projects, sport facilities, petrochemical plants, power plants, renewable energy plants, etc.
We are well capable of providing support to the stakeholders of a construction project either as acting as an Employer’s Representative as well as acting as a project management company on behalf of the main contractor. This assures timely detection of the problems which can arise during the project execution and prevention by applying best technical solutions and in this way secures the success of the project.
INPROCON LLC in Baku, Azerbaijan is a subsidiary company of the German based INPROCON International Projects Consultants GmbH and is able to use all the resources of its parent company as required. This option provides valuable and important resources to INPROCON LLC to increase the quality of any services to be provided by INPROCON LLC to its clients.
INPROCON has been successfully working since 2011 in Azerbaijan. During this time some big and medium size construction projects have been successfully managed and handed over by INPROCON.Beginning of 2020 INPROCON got license for all type of construction activities, bought and rented needed equipment, established a strong technical base and increased the spectrum of the provided services.

Inprocon strives for high standards in all its operations. This policy document is a written commitment to continual improvement in quality. Inprocon commitment is to ensure that the services, products and installations it provides, in the provision and delivery of Site Services and Civil Engineering Projects for the Construction Industry, satisfy their specified requirements, are delivered on time, and are defect-free. Inprocon also ensures that these services are in compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including in respect of Health, Safety, Environmental and Ethical matters. Particular emphasis is placed on the experience, expertise and capability of our staff, on the provision of services in a professional manner, and on ensuring the reliability, economy and suitability of the services, products and installations provided. In particular Inprocon shall:- Implement and maintain our company standards to ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Constantly monitor, review and develop our Business Management System and company procedures in order to achieve continual improvement, suitability and effectiveness
- Set business objectives, as laid out in our Business Management System, and monitor the progress and achievement of these objectives
- Discuss quality issues regularly at the highest levels of the company
- Consult with employees on all aspects of their working environment
- Ensure that this Policy and our commitments are communicated to staff throughout our business and available upon request for interested parties
